Return Policy

Online Orders 

  • Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale items up to 30% off: Return for store credit
  • Final Sale: No returns, exchanges, or credits for:
    • Sale items 30% off or more
    • Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits, and Etro items

Return Instructions: Click “Request a Return” at the bottom of our website. A prepaid return label will be provided. A flat fee of $9.95 CAD (for Canadian orders) or $15.00 USD (for US orders) will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. Online orders picked up or returned in-store follow our in-store policy.

Online Orders – International

  • Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale items up to 30% off: Store credit only
  • Final Sale: No returns/exchanges/credits for:
    • Sale items 30% off or more
    • Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits, and Etro

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all international return shipping fees.

Refunds: Processed within 7 days of return and inspection.

In-Store Purchases

  • Regular-priced items: Refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Suits & sport jackets: Exchange or store credit only
  • Sale items under 30% off: Exchange or store credit
  • Final Sale: No returns, exchanges, or credits for:
    • Sale items 30% off or more
    • Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits, and Etro

Not Returnable: Socks, hats, undergarments, swimwear, and pacifiers.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Avoid contact with perfume, makeup, or lotions when trying on items
  • Worn or damaged items are not eligible for return
